You may submit your requests regarding your personal data by completing the Data Subject Application Form, by:
- Applying in person to Altufan Ulu with a valid identity document,
- Sending your application by post to "Bayıldım Caddesi, No: 18/2, Vişnezade Neighbourhood, Maçka / Istanbul" with a wet-signed application form and a copy of your identity document,
